Refund Policy

ScoreLift Consulting LLC complies with all applicable federal and state laws governing credit repair services.

Clients have the right to cancel credit repair services within three (3) business days from the date of signing the service agreement for a full refund, as required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

After the 3-day cancellation period:

• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered

• Fees charged are for work performed, including but not limited to:

  • File setup

  • Credit analysis

  • Dispute preparation

  • Administrative processing

ScoreLift Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on credit bureaus and creditors.

Tax Preparation & Tax Consulting Refund Policy

All fees for tax preparation, tax planning, and tax consulting services are non-refundable once services have been performed.

Due to the nature of tax services:

• Refunds will not be issued after:

  • Tax returns have been prepared

  • Tax advice has been provided

  • Tax planning strategies have been delivered

  • Documents have been reviewed or processed

If a client cancels before work has started, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of ScoreLift Consulting LLC.

ScoreLift Consulting LLC is not responsible for:

• IRS delays

• Refund timing

• Audit outcomes

• Penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
