HOW THE DISPUTE PROCESS WORKS
1. Review
We review the credit-report information you identify along with any available supporting documentation.
2. Prepare
Based on the information provided, we develop an appropriate dispute strategy and prepare applicable dispute correspondence.
3. Submit & Wait for Responses
Disputes are submitted to the applicable credit reporting agencies or data furnishers. Response times vary, and the investigation is handled by the receiving organization.
4. Review the Results
Once responses and updated credit reports are available, the results are reviewed to determine whether additional action may be appropriate.
5. Decide on the Next Round
If another dispute round is appropriate, you may purchase an additional round for $149. Additional rounds are optional and are never automatically charged.
